*Q: When will you ship my item?

A: Your item will be shipped within 1~2 business days after payment has been cleared.

*Q: How much does it cost to ship?

A: I offer FREE shipping with in Valencia City. LUZON-PHP120, VISAYAS/MINDANAO-100

*Q: How long does it take to arrive?

A: 2-3 Business Days.

*Q: Can I combine multiple orders?

A: Yes, we will combine multiple orders.

*Q: What payment options are available?

A: Bank Deposit thru BPI/BDO. We accept GCASH/SMART MONEY. I also accept PayPal payment and credit cards payment via  PayPal.

*Q: I would like to return an item.

A: Item must be in brand-new original condition. If it was our mistake, we will pay for the return shipping + a full refund if they are claimed within 30 days of receipt. If the buyer would like to return because of change of mind, buyer must pay for the return shipping cost and we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping cost.
